- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.

- All items are shipped FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global Shipping.
- www.ghdhairsupplier.com packages will be delivered by either USPS or by DHL. A signature is required for the package. If no one is home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).
- After payment is received it will go through a 48-72 hour processing period which starts the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 5-12 days for arrival of merchandise.
- Customers will receive an email from www.ghdhairsupplier.com when their order is processed and shipped.
- Shipping is free, unless specified.

Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases: we send you the wrong size/color/item or you received merchandise with blemishs. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. To send an item back to us, You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as okaykicks.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
